Tobias Tegetmeyer

Managing Partner & Founder

Tobias found his passion in the hotel industry immediately after graduating school and learned the business from scratch on at the Hilton Hotels. After completing his university degree in Australia, he returned to the Hilton family and started his career in Business Development and Sales, where he quickly achieved success.

Supported by the Hilton managers of the D/A/CH region at that time, Tobias and his colleague Daniel Riljic founded the company “MICEview - Empowering Market Intelligence" together in 2010. Today, MICEview is the leading MICE Analytics provider for hotels and convention bureaus in Europe.

In his free time, Tobias dedicates himself to his two other big passions, family, and cooking, because he can live out what he enjoys most - making people happy.

Oliver Hidalgo

Head of Sales & Product

Oliver, better known by his nickname Olli, is a passionate hotel nerd with over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.

After completing an apprenticeship, he has been loyal to the Hilton family for almost twenty years. During this time Oliver gained the in-depth knowledge he has been utilizing in MICEview since 2016, making him a backbone of the team ever since. He very much appreciates cooperating with almost all hotel chains and groups and having a professional exchange with partners and colleagues.

Optimism, trust, reliability, enthusiasm, and joy are very important to Oliver, professionally as well as privately. When he has time, the Spaniard likes to devote himself to hobbies with connection to his home country: Enjoying exclusive wines and good food.

Maike Schall

Team Lead Data Research

Maike has been active as a hotel professional for 25 years already with various stations in Germany and the USA. Simultaneously, she also successfully graduated university with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication science.

She has been working for MICEview since 2018 - initially as an Assistant Data Analyst and starting in 2022 as Team Leader Research, demonstrating her organizational talent.

In her free time, Maike can usually be found either outdoors in her garden, jogging or hiking, or enjoying a delicious meal and a fine glass of wine.

Andreas Uhl

Business Intelligence & IT Support

Andreas obtained a university degree in Business Administration with a focus on hotel and tourism management and subsequently completed a management trainee program at an international company.

After several years of working in the service sector and further training in the areas of Revenue Management and CRM systems, Andreas has been contributing his expertise to MICEview since 2022 and acts as an interface between customers and the IT department.

Outside of office, his hobbies include various outdoor activities, which he mainly pursues in the mountains of his homeland in Southern Germany.

Nicole Germar

Back Office & Support

Nicole entered the hotel and catering industry by chance and quickly realized that she had found her great love professionally, to which she has now been loyal for over 35 years.

Always in a positive mood and enjoying her job as well as life in general, Nicole has been fulfilling her need for challenge and variety as a part of MICEview since 2023 and embodies the calm anchor in the team's sometimes hectic everyday working routine.

In her private life, she has become an avid level walker in the Ruhr and Rhineland regions. Additionally, Nicole also harbors a passion for Mediterranean food and pursues hobbies such as painting and sports.

Dominik Möller

Data Research & Marketing

Dominik initially sought his academic fortune in Siegen and then began his studies in German language and literature and Sociology when he returned to his native Rhineland.

He was already part of MICEview between 2018 and 2020 as a working student and returned to the team in 2022 to contribute his knowledge once again in the areas of Data Quality and Marketing.

Besides work and studies, Dominik cultivates several hobbies, including going to and organizing concerts, games nights with good friends and enjoying cinema or classic literature.
